National Director
Having already spent many years with The GPT Group, Shey brings an energy and enthusiasm that ensures the direction of Space&Co. is evolving with the demands of an increasingly dynamic workforce. An HR professional in a past life, Shey is passionate about employee experience at the workplace and when she not driving Space&Co. into the future Shey spends quality time with her family. -

Marketing & Customer Experience Manager
Michelle has a wealth of experience that allows her to drive a customer-centric focus for the team. Michelle’s goal is to provide a consistent, reliable experience across all of our venues, where ideas can be exchanged – and creativity can thrive. She looks forward to providing members with the space and services they need to create their life’s work. -
Annika Finch
Leasing Executive
Annika has been in the industry for over 5 years and is passionate about all things property! As the Leasing Executive, her focus is on finding the best solution for Space&Co. members. Annika is an all round people person and loves meeting new people and building long lasting relationships. She holds her integrity in the highest regard and is wholly committed to supporting Space&Co. on their journey to become market leaders in the flexible workspace arena. -
James Moffat
Business Manager
With 10 years’ experience in the property industry spanning fields including workplace strategy and operations, facilities management and flexible working, James brings a depth and breadth of expertise to his role as Business Manager. James is responsible for the strategic execution of Space&Co’s national portfolio, overseeing finance, operations, new venue delivery and continuous improvement with the goal of enabling our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences via the modern workplace. In his spare time, James enjoys playing golf, watching the footy (go the Swans!) and skiing. -
Kate Woodhouse
Business Development Executive
Previously part of The GPT Group National Marketing Team, Kate is the newest addition to the Space&Co. team. As the Business Development Executive, Kate enjoys being a part of the customer’s journey and thrives on finding the perfect space for them. Friday nights spent watching the Brisbane Broncos with a Hawaiian pizza is how Kate would describe her ideal Friday! -

Regional Workspace Manager
Adele is our Regional Workspace Manager. She is (very) passionate about the success of all Space&Co. Workspaces, providing an energetic approach to all aspects of customer experience and venue operations. Adele ensures the Melbourne team on the ground offer functional, productive and social environments for all members and visitors to thrive in. -
Ellie Burke
Workspace Coordinator
Ellie is our Workspace Coordinator and Event Guru at Southbank, Melbourne. Ellie is vibrant, diligent and engaging and also looks after the Space&Co. social media pages and website. Outside of the office, she is an avid foodie - if you ever need help finding somewhere to dine, you can always rely on her long list of recommendations! -
Lucas Columbro
Workspace Coordinator
Lucas is our Workspace Coordinator at Melbourne Central Tower. He brings a strong hospitality background to the team and loves to make people feel welcome and at home in his space. When not hosting at our MCT venue; Lucas enjoys practicing yoga, putting on a culinary spread for family & friends and running half marathons for chairty. If you’re in and around MCT, head up to Level 12 to say hi! -

Ian is the face of 8 Exhibiton Street. His Canadian charm is a treat for our members and their guests. Ian is passionate about customer experience and prioritises this above everything. In his spare time Ian enjoys hanging out with his family. -

Brant is our Workspace Coordinator at 530 Collins Street Melbourne. He brings his passion for excellence to the office every day. Brant has a great ability to solve almost any problem and takes care of business like a boss. Outside of the office, he spends quality time with his family and loves planning new and exciting overseas adventures. -

Workspace Coordinator
Ang’s enthusiasm for a positive member experience shines through her constant smile and optimistic attitude. After work she loves cuddling up to her Pomeranian pup and watching Netflix. Ang is the face of our newest venue, 580 George, so if you’re in the area – be sure to pop-up to level 10 and say hi!
